Join us for two great Russian favourites – the dazzling colours of Glinka’s Overture to Ruslan and Lyudmila and the high drama of Tchaikovsky’s Fifth Symphony – music bursting at the seams with some of the composer’s greatest melodies. And there is a birthday celebration: Mozart’s 250th, which we mark with one of his most popular pieces - the 21st Piano Concerto with its meltingly lyrical slow movement.
